“I would 100% recommend this Hotel! We felt very welcomed and relaxed! The only inconvenience was a blonde waitress at the main restaurant, which was very rude to us. But outside from that, the staff was very helpful and nice! Great hotel.”

“I didn’t feel this resort delivered the experience it promises as you arrive. The reception area is lovely. The room was pleasant and the balcony large but the bathroom felt tired. The staff were kind to replace my comp red wine with white which I appreciated. I didn’t feel the staff promoted the facilities. The pool bar staff waited for you to approach them. It was mentioned in passing that the beach was through the sister hotel but no sign posts to tell you how to get there. The breakfast……

Il proprietario non c'era, per fortuna e casualmente, abbiamo trovato un amico del proprietario che ci ha mostrato la camera, che non era dove si pensava fosse la struttura ma a circa 150 metri. Se non ci fosse stato lui non sapremmo dove saremmo finiti. Abbiamo provato a chiamarlo a telefono e non ci ha risposto, gli avevo scritto su Expedia 2 giorni prima e nessuna risposta. “Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the facilities, including the gym and variety of classes available plus the pool area were amazing. What truly stood out, though, was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome throughout our trip. We also loved the food options; the poolside snacks were delicious, and the buffet breakfast offered an incredible selection to start the day. Highly recommend!”

“Just returned from a 2 week stay. Safe to say we eventually had a fantastic time but initial observations did make us question if this was the right place for us. First impressions: Upon arrival we were not offered a welcome drink or seat in reception just stood at the desk to check in online. Upon booking I had requested a ground floor room. When I asked, I was told they would let me know the following day. Never heard back. Not too much of an issue but communication would have been nice.……

“Overall, a good hotel, but small details could make it top-notch. No bottled water available at the bar or in the restaurant. This is usually a given whilst abroad, bottles could be filled up, but this would look mental as a couple with 3 1.5l bottles each daily. Room was nice but nothing in the mini bar.”
