"We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and found it to be extremely busy with family events. The public areas were not clean, with the lift being grubby with dirt and spilled water for example, that did not seem to be cleaned up across the day. Breakfast was chaotic with poorly laid out tables- we had to find cups and cutlery for ourselves. Staff were busy but seemed over loaded and did not make sure we knew how breakfast service worked. Bedrooms were comfortable and grounds gorgeous with plenty room to park."
