We picked this place to stay with our two teen children so they could each have their own room, we had a rental car and parking is on the property, and it’s fairly close to downtown. It’s situated in a nice quiet family friendly neighborhood. Rather than try parking downtown we left the car there and took taxis to and from the Latin Quarter, which is about a 10 minute ride. “This place is difficult to find for ride services which you need because it is not walkable to most anything you want to do. Even a cup of coffee. Or you need a car. There is nothing attractive about the setting either. You are in a development of town homes surrounded by parking. The listing description could be improved to reflect this.
