“Beautiful house, very well located! Highly recommend.”

“This was a perfect place from which to enjoy California. My daughter, granddaughters, and I loved walking to Torrey Pine Beach and down the street to restaurants and coffee. All ll the things we enjoy were close by--Torrey Pines Preserve, Del Mar Beach and shops, La Jolla Shores. The townhouse was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed and more. Usually, I have to go out and buy things but not this time. It was wonderful to have tennis rackets, boogie boards, a surf board, beach...

“Great location. Nice property. Check in was easy. Good communication with owner. Has everything you need. Pool in complex was very nice. A few good restaurants within walking distance. A bit of an ocean view. Beach nearby.”

“There was no AC in the master bedroom . It was noted in the vrbo description that it had AC. I read that there were 2 parking spaces. The vrbo listing did NOT say we needed to park on the street. The ice maker was broken That was remedied quickly”

“Our family stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time. This is a very family friendly neighborhood and house. The house was clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The host, Ben, is very responsive and replied promptly to my questions. Thank you Ben for a great stay.”

“The house was beautiful and spotless! The outside areas are great for family gatherings and casita is a nice touch for mom and dad to be able to have a quiet retreat when the kids are staying up to later hours. The upstairs "den" was nice to get away and do some work and the balconies all have a wonderful view. ”

“Communication was great from booking thru checkout. Home was great, clean - even better than the pictures.”

“Having recently lost my husband this was the perfect place for my children and grandchildren to come together and celebrate. The location is great as we took morning walks by the beach. The house has plenty of living space. The kitchen is well equipped for a cook like me. I was able to prepare a feast for my family. Kathy was a great host and kept in touch with me through the entire process. I would definitely recommend this home.”

“Highly recommend! The location is excellent—an easy walk to coffee and the beach—and the condo is thoughtfully set up for families. Three comfortable bedrooms (one with A/C) and all the expected amenities. The extras: bodyboards, beach towels, and beach toys kept the kids happy. The community tennis courts are with an ocean overlook and were almost always empty. We’d gladly return.”
