"The staff was very nice and welcoming. The hotel is in the middle of everything. Everything is within walking distance that’s are more of a tourist attractions. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It had great amenities. The breakfast bar was excellent and it had diabetic friendly options. Sugar free items. I don’t think people think much about that. But it made it easy. The only thing is valet parking is not an option. It’s on the expensive side. Other that it was a great experience "

"The room was spotless but the most impressive feature of the room were the beds. Extremely comfortable with down bedding and pillows. I slept soundly and I generally have difficulty sleeping in hotel beds. The temperature of the room was also easy to adjust which aided in my sleep ability. No noise from the adjacent rooms was also a plus. The view from my room on the 12th floor was wonderful. It included the Disney Concert Hall and mountains. "
