"The room is clean. I like how a shuttle can be arranged (5euro per person). However, water is charged in the room which is not an expected situation as the price range of this hotel is not a cheap one. The shower floor is extremely slippery, especially after using hair conditioner. It is dangerous ..."

"The apartment requires a lot of upgrading. The sheets and blankets were definitely not the nicest. Everything felt damp the whole time. There's no plug-ins anywhere near the beds for phones or anything overnight. It's on a very busy road so getting around to other places in the baveno was a bit uncomfortable. ..."
