"The property was exactly as the photographs, clean, spacious with all facilities in working order. the location was perfect - easy to find, views were fantastic, ambience peaceful. We were met on arrival with the keys. There were balconies for the bedrooms, many 'day beds' in bedrooms which facilitated singles. Pool was cleaned after we arrived. We had an open log fire when it was cold, and made use of BBQ on warmer days. We are all planning to return."

"Our 5 night stay at Villa Vista Mar with my 2 teenagers and Mum was perfect. The view is stunning day and night . The pool and fully air conditioned villa provided welcome respite from the August heat when needed and the patio furniture enabled family card games and al fresco dining in the early evening. We will definitely stay again."

It had everything we needed, with amazing views and proximity to the beach!We loved Old Estepona accessible by a lovely long walk along the beach path or short uber/taxi ride. At the end of a day of sightseeing or long lunches it was nice to come back to such a wonderful relaxed environment.It was very family friendly, especially in the warmer months when you can sit outside and enjoy the views. "A very impressive and well appointed villa with private pool with easy vehicle access and only a short walk to beaches and the local marina. A great base to access the many golf courses in this area. Very obliging and courteous hostess."

There are lots of dining options close, as well as groceries. The caretaker was very flexible and responsive. We’d love to come back!"

"Villa is up a very steep road and visitors probably should be aware of that. Was very well kitted out and ideal for our needs as a group of 8 golfers. Having two z beds in one bedroom seems a bit penny pinching. Should be proper beds. Little tired and needing a bit of an upgrade."

"We had a very relaxing stay in a superb villa with a fantastic pool area and wonderful gardens. A car is a necessity but the coast and supermarket are a short drive away. Estepona is a beautiful town and again a short drive away. If you like walking then the coastal pathways are a delight. Definitely recommend."

"Wow, this property was even better than expected when we arrived! Beautifully appointed, lots of space, plenty of places to relax, lovely pool, superb view, great kitchen. "

"The villa and pool were beautiful, clean and without fault, exceeding our expectations.The drive up is not for the faint hearted. A small 4x4 like a Panda would be perfect as the roads are very steep and narrow. In places, the storm drains have collapsed, which add to the fun. If you have children, be aware, there are wasps too, we got stung a few times. That said, we had an amazing holiday at Las Jaras. The villa and the views are fabulous."
