I loved everything about this hotel. The location is excellent. The staff are OUTSTANDING. The food is great. The rooftop is amazing. But for me our room (303) was incredible! I didn’t want to leave. I simply can’t recommend highly enough 1810 Casa Parque; STAY HERE!

The hotel is centrally located. It is a beautiful property, with very gorgeous decor and stonework details. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and delightful to have in the sunlit courtyard. It was easy to walk to most places, and great restaurants surrounded the property. We would recommend staying here and would stay here again in future.

We were given a room with a window that opened up to a brick wall. We told them that my husband is claustrophobic but they would not change our rooms. We asked to pay for an upgrade but they said no rooms are available. My husband was miserable the entire stay and had an anxiety attack. After speaking with the hotel manager Roberto he said they can’t give us credit for our inconvenience bc we booked through Expedia. I told he could credit my Amex card but he wouldn’t do it. He offered to move us to their sister hotel however we had 3 rooms and he could not accommodate all of us. We were there for a birthday vacation with our friends so we didn’t want to separate to a different hotel They gave us a bottle of wine for compensation. We told them they should indicate on their website that the room has obstructed view of a brick wall. Also the air conditioning leaked all over the floor, and I almost fell coming into the room , and my carry on bag was wet. There was no apology or anything. To add to our issue our room backed to the receptionist so we heard the noise the entire time. This hotel came recommended from friends but I will never stay here again and will not recommend to anyone. It was very expensive and there are so many more beautiful and less expensive choices .

When the hotel was booked, within minutes I received a welcome email as well as a whatsapp message. They offered and arranged transportation services from the airport. The staff were excellent at catering to our needs. The hotel is beautiful and very well located.

Beautiful, well designed luxury hotel. The breakfast was superb. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was very good. They have an amazing rooftop area. It was closed during our stay due to it was being used for their New Years Eve party. When open, I imagine having drinks and dining up there would be wonderful. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate any requests or needs you have. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The location is convenient to all the historic center sites and the adjoining streets are very picturesque. Highly recommend this hotel and we will stay again when visiting beautiful San Miguel de Allende
