Perfect location plenty of food around to eat. The restaurant on the second floor is so delicious. And the staff at the hotel were super helpful and professional. Would definitely stay again. Only thing I didn’t like was NO AC but they have fans in the rooms.

The bed it was like a rock i stay 4 days and on my 3rd day i was in pain my back was killing me i did not rest at all th rest of the place was really nice

Loved this property! So close to the main jardin and walking distance from all sight seeing locations. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. We arrived at 10am and were worried about our luggage since check in was not until 3pm. But the front desk staff was so kind and checked in our bags so we could start sight seeing. Once we checked in at 3pm they already had our bags ready to take to our room. Definitely recommend if staying in Guanajuato!

Family trip- 16 members. All family members were very pleased with this property for its value, location, and friendly professional staff. We loved the rainy weather and got to do callejoneada in the tunnels, city tour, and so much more. This property is so convenient that you must stay at on your first trip to Guanajuato.

Great location and excellent hospitality. The people here are super nice. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Why 3 stars? The hotel is haunted and both my husband and mother had an experience. Kind of creepy and glad I did not have an experience.

The property was not as portrayed in the advertisement. I rented the penthouse. It was so hot . The fans were useless, the windows didn’t open. Their solution was to sleep with the door open. I went with my sister. That’s not safe! I ended up not staying a single night and they would not refund any of my money: On top of that, the safe with broken and I couldn’t lock up my passport. I would not stay there. I am from Mexico and go often. I have never had a horrible experience, such as this.

It’s extremely noisy and the music stops on 3 am everyday, you have to wear a noise canceling headphone to sleep. There’s no breakfast in the hotel and the staff was answering the phone and ignored us. There was no more handsoap in the bathroom and the staff didn’t change it. No AC, only had a fan in the room.
