  • Este retiro es perfecto para parejas y familias pequeñas que tienen el deseo de alejarse de todo. Ven a una de las últimas comunidades de playa que aún ofrece la sensación de un pueblo pequeño. Somos conocidos como la "playa más segura del mundo". A solo 12 millas al sur de Santa Bárbara y a 90 millas al norte de Los Ángeles. ¡Una combinación ganadora de ubicación, calidad y precio!

    ¿Por qué quedarse en un hotel / motel, o en los suburbios que se parecen a cualquier otro, cuando puede disfrutar del ambiente relajado de una comunidad de playa, con el olor del océano, a menos de una cuadra de la playa?

    El condominio está ubicado en la tranquila zona de Carpinteria, a pocos pasos de la playa, el santuario de aves, los restaurantes y las tiendas del centro, incluido nuestro propio mercado local de agricultores. Short stroll to the beach, to The Spot, Island Brewing, and Linden St. The condo is comfortable and homey with everything we needed. Great host, great little place, looking forward to coming back soon.

We had some last minute travel changes and needed to find a place to stay. We came across this condo and it could not have worked out any better. Every bit of it was perfect for our stay! It was super clean, very well stocked and just a couple minutes walk to the beach. It was also a great location to walk to restaurants and shops. We parked the car the first day we got there and only got in it one other time in four days. We also appreciated the list of recommendations from the owner. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property in a perfect location. This condo served as a perfect home base for a couple days in Carpinteria. It's a short walk to the beach, the salt marsh trails, the restaurants and grocery store on Linden, and pretty much anything else you'd need during your stay. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, and had everything I needed at a great value for the area. Mark was great and communicative and provided a lot of helpful info about the area. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Carpinteria.

We've stayed at many places in Carpinteria over the years...this one was one of the best! Close to beach, super clean, affordable and has everything you need. Mark was very quick to respond to any questions. The condo is a perfect place as its walkable to town.BTW... Carpintieria recently opened "Linden Square" - a great venue with restaurants and outdoor seating. Such a great addition to the town (although we love all the other restaurants too).We definitely will be back!

This is such a hidden jewel. I hesitate to write such a good review because I want to keep it secret. But truly, it was such a wonderful place for us to visit. We live in town so we had a little staycation and it was just perfect. Mark was so great and easy to communicate with. We loved our place and it was walking distance to everything. It made a gathering we had at the beach so wonderful because we were able to run back-and-forth, if we needed anything. We will definitely stay again.

Everything was straight forward and accurate. All needed amenities were there, perfect for a stay one short block to the beach. It probably is "the best deal in Carpinteria," a small funky town nestled along 101 between Ocean and mountains.

Charming Carpinteria

Wonderful location, close to beach and downtown. Very well appointed and lots of useful tourist information. Would happily stay here again- highly recommended.

We had an incredible time during our stay in Carpinteria. This was truly a jewel and the location was excellent. The beach was a two minute walk and the Spot was a five minute walk. Our bedroom had a street view and also allowed the cool ocean breeze at night.We also enjoyed the information we received from the host. Our communication was really good and all the instructions for the WiFi and remotes were laid out well We also appreciated that the pricing was reasonable for the proximity of the ocean. We would highly recommend this listing for a great stay in Carp!!!!! Be back soon!

The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had all that we needed for preparing our own meals. The beach and park were in walking distance down the street. We love the beach town of Carpinteria.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is just fantastic, we walked into town with our 10 month old each morning for coffee and breakfast. Really really nice staying right in the heart of downtown and one block from the beach. The upstairs was pretty hot during our stay but the entire coast was experiencing a heat wave and there isn’t much to be done about that. Mark reached out and mentioned he had purchased a window AC unit which I think will really help. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Mark!

Great beach getaway!

This place was great for a little weekend away with our small family. Everything we needed was provided, and we were walking distance to the beach, playground, shops, and restaurants. The complex is quiet too and parking and accessibility was very easy. We would love to stay here again!
