Mark’s Carpinteria condo was exactly what we needed. A clean, quiet and comfortable home base while we visited Carpinteria and explored the area. Close to Ventura, Santa Barbara, and under an hour from endless hiking trails with amazing views and gorgeous beaches. The bed was incredibly comfortable (and we’re both quite picky). Mark was responsive and available, should we have needed anything, and there’s a wonderful beach and walking path under two blocks away. Aug 1, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Delightful escape The property was ideally situated to easily walk to the beach for morning strolls, all day lounging, and romantic sunset viewing. The chairs and umbrellas were easy to carry, in good condition, and comfortable to use on the beach all day. Mark was wonderful in his communication, especially involving things outside his control such as grid maintenance on one of the days. I felt like we had all the information to be prepared, comfortable, and a very supported-level self sufficient during our stay. The king sized bed was wonderful and I really appreciated the decent quality pillows. When we return to this area there is no question of where we will stay because I would absolutely plan our trip around this property’s availability. ##### Anna H.
