“I am 54 years old and that was the most pleasant experience I’ve had ever. I enjoyed it so much we are in the process of buying real estate in the area we stayed in. Only improvements I would make is to have a microwave but that just shows how lazy we were to cook. The condo was extremely pleasant and modern. I wish I could articulate our experience better. ”

“The unit is nicely setup with basically anything you’ll need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, lots of pillows, etc. New, clean, and comfy. And huge. Plenty of room.Not quite a true ocean view (you can see a small slice of the water from the giant patio area) but the garden area below with a wide variety of local birds will make up for it. The unit is on the first floor of units but the parking garage is on the ground floor, so it’s technically the 2nd floor. However, the elevator and stairs……

“Definitely a great place to stay if you're coming to Huatulco. Very safe and secure and close to many restaurants and the little town of La Crucecita. Everybody was super friendly including the building staff, property manager, etc.”

“Clean. Good location. Nice view. Several issues with equipment but these were resolved satisfactorily. Some property maintenance issues that need attention, such as shower leaking water onto bathroom floor, only 2/4 elements on stove working. Kitchen poorly stocked…no large coffee mugs, no vegetable peeler or can opener, no kettle for boiling water to make tea. Check in process was slow. Check out was easy and quick. Initially communication with the property manager was poor, and we did not get……

“This place was great for our visit! It is close to La playa entrega and you can walk there or drive down the hill and park!It had a lot of space and incredible views! The pool was great for our family. There are a few improvements that should be noted. We asked ahead and were told we would have drinking water but it was nearly empty on arrival. When asking management they said to have the gate keeper fill it but there was no gate keeper and when he arrived he was unable to. Additionally,……
