"Had an exellent time at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff was so polite at all times. Angel and Aciel took very good care of us during our stay. I loved how close this hotel is from quinta avenida, and how celebrated my husband felt during our stay. The only down side of this was that I requested a taxi to go back to the Cancun airport. Unfortunately, I was dropped off at the wrong terminal, which put us in a stressful situation. Then, had to pay $1,000 pesos for a taxi at the airport to take us to the correct terminal. Other than that, the trip was amazing! "

"Restaurant is great, though the dish ingredients may be different with what is on the menu, sometimes they can even miss 1 ingredient. I like the pickleball court very much, ocean beach is a bit far, need to take shuttle bus to go there"

The room was spotless and very well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The Elite Club features were absolutely worth it — excellent service, extra amenities, and a more elevated experience overall. The ocean view was breathtaking and made every morning and sunset unforgettable. Waking up to the sound of the waves and such a beautiful view was a highlight of our trip. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which added so much to our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Los Cabos. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"
