The cross over to the beach is on this street which this is the second house on the street, so very very close. The town center is 2 streets over. Seemed newly done, could smell paint still, but clean and had the basics of what you need - bed, shower, washer/dryer, and convenient walk to beach & restaurants. Fine for our family of four.
