With three bedrooms and room for eight people, this home is the ideal spot for your family to make beachside memories in the sunshine. The living and dining space is bright and cozy. Ceramic tile floors highlight soft, neutral furnishings. The open kitchen features bright white cabinets and a huge bar peninsula with seating for four. The glass dining table also has seating for four people, so there’s plenty of room for your whole family to gather together in the mornings over fresh coffee and muffins. Even though the living space is comfy and relaxing, you’ll be pulled outside again and again to the oceanfront screened-in porch. From here, you’ll have panoramic views of the aquamarine water of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax out here in the Adirondack chairs with a glass of wine and enjoy the gentle offshore breezes and gorgeous views. Upstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms. The master suite features a luxurious king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony with ocean views. The second bedroom has a flexible mix of a king-sized bed and a bunk bed, while the third bedroom has two twin-sized beds. All of our Dune 1 Townhomes are immensely popular with returning guests—and with good reason. You simply can’t get any closer to the beach! Guests of Dune 1 Townhomes also have access to a sparkling, gulf front swimming pool and a private boardwalk down to the beach complete with an outdoor shower to wash off sandy toes. From March 1 to October 31, you’ll receive 2 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella during your stay. You’ll also be within walking distance of local-favorite Stinky’s Fish Camp and only a mile from exciting Gulf Place Town Center for shopping, dining, and entertainment. With breathtaking ocean views and easy access to all that Scenic Highway 30A has to offer, many guests consider Dune 1 Townhomes to be their beachfront home-away-from-home. Needs updating The condo was ok. But location was amazing. I would recommend some updating. The ceiling and floors especially need some help. The foundation is very uneven. And the stains on ceiling should be painted. The carpet is very dirty as well. The blinds in master bedroom need replacing too. They are half broken. There is no shade in the master bedroom either. Make sure to bring eye mask to block out the sun at 5 am. But the location was our favorite part of it and made up for all of it. I love having the chairs on beach as well.
