An open-concept living area is extended by the fantastic balcony. Tide Lines comes with free seasonal beach setup plus an additional 2 beach chairs are in the unit.

    Who can resist mesmerizing views of turquoise waves? From the couch, master bedroom or the balcony, these Gulf views are all yours! Located on the third floor, this 2300 square-foot end unit has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Head downstairs for a dip in the pool, or to the private beach access!

    Tide Lines boasts an open kitchen and large bar opening to the living area makes for fun evenings cooking with the whole gang. Fully-equipped with everything the home chef needs. After grabbing a drink, everyone can easily access the balcony and find a seat to enjoy a beverage and sunset.

    Sleeping Arrangements:
    Bedroom 1: King bed, Smart TV, Gulf-views and balcony access. Private bathroom with dual sinks, tub, large shower.
    Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

    A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Property was as described. Beatitful view and easy bike ride/walk to so many restaurants and shopping. We had a few lilttle hiccups at start with the coffee maker and AC unit but they quickly got it resolved. I would recommend packing some supplies like coffee filters, salt/pepper etc as there is none of this in the unit; however there are plenty of cooking utensils/pots/pans etc. We would definitely rent here again .

It seems that I was never given the gate code, I had to call into your office that evening while parked at the gate to get the proper code. Condo exceeded our expectations. Beautiful…spacious and comfortably accommodated 10 of us. Private beach access was great and the pool was amazing. The only feedback I would have is the management company provided information regarding rentals. However it was not at all clear that our rental included 1 free beach set up per day. The management company provided us a rental company that said they could only provide us backpack chairs. Luckily we called ahead and didn’t waste our rental credit! Other than this tiny hiccup everything was amazing. We definitely want to return!

Construction, and codes, and tent rules

Construction on unit below us for 4 of the days...we would like compensation as VBRO always has TV Ads saying ..VBRO tells you if there is construction going on. I think $500.00 would be a good compensation. *I also texted management for the codes for the Pool outside Bathrooms and as they were looked with no reply. *Also I had asked the Owner about a temp beach tent and he said they were not allowed and yet there was tents by other guests next to us and in the public beach area 100 ft away several tents. thanks you Fred

The pool was very clean and nice to have when kids were tired of the rough waves. The pool was a little small when numerous guests were there together so we had to take turns getting in if big kids were in the pool since our kids are small. Our unit was very clean and overall a great experience. We did notice the vacuum needs to be replaced (tried vacuuming several times and it essentially wasnt working). We also expected to at least have a starter roll of TP in the bathrooms when we arrived but there was none (thank goodness we brought our own)! The unit itself could use some Renos, the master bathroom air vent is molding because there’s no external venting for the steam. We would absolutely stay here again. Was such a wonderful week!

Very Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay. The location is right across the street from the gas station so noise was a bit of an issue. The condo is very nice and has great views of the gulf. The location is also in walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Awesome Condo/location/view

This place is awesome. The views are incredible and it's a great location with nice pool right on the beach. Their were chairs and umbrellas on the beach for rent. It was perfect for a girls' weekend trip. We would definitely stay again. You probably need a car to fully enjoy the entire area but could make do without and just use bikes too as you're not far from several restaurants and Ubers are scarce. Everything you need is in the condo as far as cooking goes also. Lovely unit and well decorated.

Fantastic Beach Front Getaway

I highly recommend this ocean front condo. It was perfect for a family reunion with spacious bedrooms and three full baths. It has one of the best views around and was very clean with tasteful decor. We hope to come back!

Wonderful vacation

We so enjoyed our time here! Everything was clean, nice, convenient and had plenty of space for us all. The views from the balcony were amazing and we enjoyed the very short walk to the beach. Parking was easy. Never felt crowded around our building even though I know the area was very busy this time of year. We’ve stayed in multiple properties throughout the Destin area and we all said this was our favorite.
