The house was exactly as stated and comfortable. Parking is truly limited to one car in front of the unit. The secondary location for parking was often overflowing, which is something to keep in mind if you choose to bring 2 or more cars. We stayed at this property for a family wedding we went to in Seaside. First of all, the house is so clean. So well taken care of. Has plenty of kitchen things. Beautiful furnishings. Now, the location was perfect. The well taken care of pool was right across from the house. The ocean/beach was right down the street - very close. The porch was where we spent most of our time if we were at the house. The property manager answered any questions I had very quickly. It's a three bedroom, two bath house that you should not pass up if that's what you are looking for. The beach was a 2 minute, easy (no steps) walk to the white sand, blue water beach. The shared swimming pool was directly across the street. The pool area was very clean and well taken care of. The street was a quiet street. It was so relaxing to sit on the front porch, rocking in the two rocking chairs or swinging on the extra large swing. The location is perfect (just steps away from the beach and across the street from the pool) and the condo was very comfortable and well appointed. Just a couple of items of feedback (so they can be addressed before the next guests): The air conditioner was not working very well by the end of the week, and a couple of light bulbs burned out.
