The front porch overlooks your generous fenced side yard with the double swing perfect for young ones and relaxing outdoors. Step inside and on the first floor, you are greeted by the two bedrooms down and a custom, built-in twin and twin trundle nook. The first bedroom is a luxurious queen primary with a pencil-post bed, a sofa lounger, luxurious linens, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The private primary bathroom is to die for. This expansive marble bathroom has a single vanity, mounted flat-screen television, a deep soaker tub, and a glass-enclosed marble walk-in shower with a rain shower head and wand. Adjacent is the open floor plan with combined living, dining, and kitchen. There is an incredible chef’s kitchen with a marble center island that seats four.
