Blue Mountain Creamery, a favorite for kids of all ages, is a short walk from our home. Hwy 30-A is a 17 mile county Hwy, that runs along the coast- w/ bike path the entire length. We have 3 king beds, 1 queen, a bunk w/full on bottom, twin on top, two folding cots + fold out twin bed ottoman. You can comfortable accommodate your family and friends. Huge wrap around porch w/ part of it screened; Swing, outdoor round table plus outdoor sofa & chairs makes this a perfect hang out spot after a day of playing in the gulf. 6 flat screen TV's (one in each bedroom/bunk area/screened porch and of course the living room) WiFi streaming service/UtubeTV. Our home sits on a half acre lot making it almost completely private...you can listen to the birds in the morning, and many times you can hear the waves. At night, you'll hear crickets, frogs & owls. Once you visit our little piece of paradise, you'll want to come back. Golf Cart, Chairs, umbrellas, a paddle board, some life vests, and corn hole set provided. You'll also enjoy a commercial ice machine that makes all the ice you'll need. We stayed with our 20 something sons and their girlfriends. Everyone loved the house. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, screened in porch was great for game night and afternoon naps! Walk to beach wasn’t far and golf cart made it even easier. The pool was my favorite spot! House is so scenic itself, we took family pics on the porch. The beach was minutes away with a golf cart to get you back and forth. The private pool was amazing with plenty of chairs and an outdoor shower. We had an extra refrigerator in the garage and an ice machine. There wasn’t anything we needed that we didn’t have in the kitchen. The screened porch with a bed swing was amazing. I am a bed snob and these beds are so comfy. This is the second time I have stayed at this house. I hope to make it an annual stay. My wife and I, along with our dog, Boomer, ALWAYS look so forward to spending a relaxing week in this amazing property. It never disappoints!! The home itself is immaculate and laid out so conveniently. It even smells so inviting when you walk in the door that I have placed an Amazon order for the same Wallflower Plug-Ins to keep in my office at work! We thoroughly enjoy the pool area as well as the golf cart that is included with the rental. When the pool area is lit up in the evenings, it is a thing of beauty! One of my personal favorite things about the property is the large garage. That is an extremely unique plus and is the chosen spot for me to store my pier cart, sand spikes and sand flea rake. The garage also has its own ice machine! I never had to buy the first bag of ice the entire eight days we were there...and I use a LOT of ice!! This was our third or fourth time staying here and we hope to return again as soon as possible! Johnna and John (the owners) are fantastic to work with and are so very nice and accommodating! Great house, so spacious and the private pool is amazing! This was probably the most well stocked and appointed rental I’ve had and would definitely recommend! My 70 year old mom who has a cane and our dog and it was perfect. Can’t beat a heated pool right outside your door, the golf cart and plenty of space indoors and outdoors to curl up with a book. Location is just a short drive or walk to the beach and not as crowded as other places along 30a. The home had lots of amenities, more than we actually used. Close proximity to the beach - a quick 2 min golf cart ride. The pool was nice which we used a couple of times. Love the quietness of the neighborhood, enjoyed having breakfast on the screened porch listening to the birds singing. At night you could hear the beach waves in the distance. Bed was comfy and kitchen was well appointed. Enjoyed Redfish Taco and Blue Mountain bakery nearby, plus a short drive to other restaurants. Loved that the property is pet friendly as we were able to bring our two small dogs along for a quick vacation.
