Sleep 8 in a bright 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Santa Rosa Beach townhome with an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space, a quartz island with bar seating, and a private patio with a charcoal grill. It`s a short drive to the beach accesses, restaurants, and shops along Scenic 30A.

- Guest bedroom: king bed and smart TV
- 2 full baths plus a half bath; the guest bath has a tub/shower

- Fully equipped kitchen: stainless appliances, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ice maker, blender, toaster, and a coffee station with drip maker, kettle, and French press
- Dining table for six, plus three stools at the island

We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and leave it as you found it. If anything is damaged, lost, or stolen during your stay, a charge may apply. Linens that are excessively stained or destroyed will also be subject to replacement fees.

No Smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. All cigarette butts and smoking remnants must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Do not discard on the ground, in landscaping, or around the property.

No Pets

NO OVER NIGHT STREET PARKING. 11pm-6am

Guests who violate smoking and pet policy will be charged an additional $1,000, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning.

No mailbox on property available for deliveries.

The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essential toiletries for your convenience upon arrival. For extended stays, additional supplies may be needed and can be purchased locally.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entirety of the reservation.
