We are active and loved playing tennis, pickleball, riding the four provided bikes, swimming in the pool and walking to Seaside. The walk to the beach is maybe 10 mins. and just across 30A at the North Andalusia public beach access. We felt it was close enough to walk back to house for bathroom and drinks. There are bike racks beach side, so we rode the bikes to and from the beach one day as well. The beach was not crowded at all in this location. We easily picked our spot each day. It was very roomy and the office off the great room was great if you have to work any on vacation. We enjoyed the screened in porch. The walk to beach was short, but if you have a cart there are four flights of stairs to get down to the beach. That is just something to know if you have any relatives that are unable to get downstairs. The beach was not crowded and is part of a private beach area. Nancy was very quick to answer any questions. The only thing is and not really a negative was that the maintenance company just needs to replace light bulbs when out, the faucet broke off in the kitchen, and the dishwasher was not working and we had to handwash everything. There is a grill and we used several times, I feel if you use you should clean, but before we used it we had to scrub the grate it was so dirty. The cleaning/maintenance company should probably check that.after rental. Overyall, it was a great place and very quiet neighborhood. We would recommend this property. ##### Shelly G.
