Las vacaciones en Watercolour reflejan tiempos más simples: pasear en bicicleta, construir castillos de arena, comer juntos y disfrutar de un tiempo familiar de calidad. "Sun Haven", ubicado en 257 Scrub Oak Circle, fue diseñado para reflejar estos tiempos. Construido en un estilo vintage para personas preocupadas por la salud, este fabuloso diseño abierto es perfecto para escapadas familiares ya solo unos minutos del centro de la ciudad, el mar, la piscina de la rana, la casa del barco y, por supuesto, el Golfo. ¡Como un bono adicional, Sun Haven incluye un carrito de golf para su uso! Una cocina espectacular, diseñada por un chef entrenado en Le Cordon Blue, con electrodomésticos retro Northstar de color rosa y una isla enorme y sorprendentemente blanca, forma el corazón de la casa. La cocina fluye a la perfección en el comedor con una mesa de French Farm House y una gran sala de ensueño blanca con TV / DVD de pantalla plana. We love Watercolor and have stayed at Seaside in the past as well. When we arrived we had plans to meet friends for dinner and on our way out, found out that the Golf Cart wouldn't work. Apparently, it had been serviced and left in tow mode. The company came out the next day and 'fixed it.' When we tried to use it after they left later in the day, the front wheel wouldn't move. Another fix and another day lost on the Golf Cart. This continued with poor battery issues and found out the outlets that were charging the golf cart were not working properly. The door to the downstairs guest bathroom wouldn't close. We had them repair it the next day but even after the repair, it would slowly slide open while you were using the bathroom. Only one side of the toaster worked. By the way, this is not a chef's kitchen. The appliances are chosen because of their pink color and not because of their functionality. We had to google how to use the Smelg coffee machine - turns out you have to push the power button quickly twice to start brewing coffee. They did have a Keurig but we prefer to make a carafe. The vent hood barely worked to suck up any smoke forcing us to open the windows when we cooked. Overall, this is a lower level property than the price justifies. Combined we had 5 children ages 2-9\. It was a great location and perfect set up. The decor was perfect for a beach vacation. The outdoor screened patios were especially nice areas for us to hang out. Would definitely recommend this home. Spacious and fun with a great location in Watercolor. Golf cart was huge bonus as well. Easy access to store and beach and shopping. Very comfortable home with spacious rooms. Loved the screened in porches as well, could barely tell they were there visually. Highly recommend. And the management was fantastic, truly responsive and super accommodating. The house was very comfortable and inviting. there was room for everyone, and the common areas were big enough for all of us to gather for meals, and entertainment! The outdoor seating areas, kitchen, quality of towels and supplies were all great. The home was clean and well taken care of. It was very clean and a perfect location to the pools and beach. We had one issue, but the manager was very helpful and responsive. The space worked perfectly for us. Kids had their own rooms. And both were upstairs. There are 2 bathtubs one up and one down. The upstairs tub would not plug up which wasn’t a big deal for us bc my son refuses to sit for a bath anyway! We were happy to see toys and games to help entertain the kids. And our husbands enjoyed some very serious games of ping pong on the upper deck! Golf cart was extremely beneficial. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Shannon D. Property is perfectly situated in Watercolor with easy access to Seaside, Frog Pool, WCBC, Camp Watercolor, etc. Use of the golf cart was such a great addition, and really helped our family get our stuff down to the beach. Finishes and furniture was well thought out and the house was just as described. We hope to be back to this same spot again! We were there the week of the beach, pool and restaurants closings. This was our first time at Watercolor. Even with the closings and the the unusual circumstance of the corona virus, this is a beautiful house. The location is amazing.
