“Stayed with my family of 6. Staff was very friendly. We felt safe on the property. Upon check-we we’re given the wrong room. Staff apologized and quickly righted the situation. Stayed in the lower jungle unit. Plenty of space. Not much hot water. Kitchen pretty bare bones. Beach is beautiful. It is more towards the end of 7 mile beach. Can walk for miles on the Sandy beach. A wind storm unfortunately came through during our stay and made a mess of the beach. The staff did there best to clean……

He raved about this villa and loved it so much he booked it for our honeymoon and invited family to join us as well later on in the week. This place was perfect, everyone loved it! The food, hospitality and over all experience was top notch. We were treated like royalty and family at the same time. “Very comfortable and equipped with everything. A short drive to the pool and beach. The pool and beach exceeded our expectations, quite beautiful and quiet. Loved the location of the property, but you really do need a car if you want to be able to get groceries, go to dinner, etc. We only did one or two excursions but we used the car every day.”

“Love the updated rooms modern with nice bathrooms towels and washcloths looks new but the problem I had was I saw roaches this is not the first time I told management on a previous trip so housekeeping sprayed this time they came to my room and saw for themselves so in my opinion they need to exterminate ”

“Went with our adult kids and a couple of grandkids. 7 in all.It's a little rustic which suited us perfectly. Spotless accomadations! Pauline makes sure of that. “Aqua Beach Villa is a magical place. It's hard to find the words to describe the experience we had. From arrival to departure, everything was above and beyond our expectations. We were a group of friends celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. The hosts were available and helped me to plan everything with the staff. The staff is top notch. Chef Shari, Kaydia, Dean, Devon, Narda, Joan and the others made us feel most welcome. The villa is nicely kept with we'll-appointed rooms. The pool is……

“It was fine for a place to sleep and had good air con. but the double bed was so small and the futon couch was extremely uncomfortable. I know it just opened up and they replaced the double with a queen the day after we left, so that’s good for future people who stay there. If you want luxury… this is not it!! We were not expecting luxury so it was adequate. The location however was perfect!! ”

Sean and Geneva were quite hospitable and gave us everything we needed. Firefly was sooo relaxing. “Beautiful quiet location, wonderful accommodations. Could use some instructions ( getting hot water, turning on stove, etc.) and a tour of available facilities would have been nice. We never saw or heard from property manager which we found unusual. Overall we had a terrific time and would definitely recommend.”
