Amazing beach! Great staffs and people! Food was good. Wish they have more tropical fruit. Gym equipments need update but it’s fine the way it is. Make sure you make dinner reservation as soon as you check in. Visit Haze at coffee bar.

Fabulous stay. The staff was amazing. No need to call out specifics because they all deserve recognition from the coffee bar, to beach bar, to The Palms, reception, housekeeping. Beautiful beach, great catamaran trip and the wedding staff was wonderful for my nephew/new niece.

Excellent property and beach. We were disappointed that so many guests would place their things on beach chairs then leave them alone for most of the day so we had difficulty finding a chair each day.

Beautiful property, very romantic room on the beach and both the people and the cleanliness were amazing. The main complaint was the lack of communication on things happening throughout the resort and the food options. There were only two restaurants that were available without reservations and one of them was completely closed for a private event one night... leaving only the buffet.

this was our 4th time to Swept Away. Perfect as always. the food, employees, beach, drinks, rooms; all of it is just perfect. The only thing i can complain about is the shower soap. it's awful. doesn't lather at all, leaves you feeling sticky & has a weird scent. Swept Away-do better for the girls.. everything else is magical. Make sure you upgrade to the beach veranda rooms, you won't regret it.

Couples Swept Away Negril has EVERYTHING you need for the perfect getaway. When you arrive at (MBJ) Sangster International Airport, there is a Couples lounge for guests, with free cocktails, while you wait for your shuttle ride (included) to paradise! Once you arrive, you are greeted by the most kind staff, they will make sure you have everything you need. There are many activities included, from a sunset catamaran cruise, swimming through caves, snorkeling, scuba, paddle boards, and alot more. There are tiki bars along Couples stretch of the famous 7 mile white sand beach. There are also 2 pools, one with a swim up bar and also 3 hot tubs on the property. The food is amazing! Whether it was breakfast, lunch or a fancy dinner. Couples Swept Away has us wanting to come back again, again and again 🙌

We have been to all the Couples Resort now and this unfortunately was not my favorite. It would be my third favorite of the four. It was a beautiful resort but the experience was not as relaxing and fun as San Souci and Tower Isle. The entertainment was quite boring each night. Yet, Kayla was personable and cute! And make sure to read the rooms descriptions fully! Our suite did not have a tv and for those evenings you just wanna chill before nightlife, it’s needed! The food was also not as good as the others yet not bad either. And yes, the beach is beautiful and long but it also has a much crowded feel. I think if I didn’t have much to compare too, I would rate it much higher but I do, sooooo. All in all, Couples will always have my heart.

Couples airport lounge was very convenient and shuttle service were excellent. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The beach area was great and relaxing. Pool and beach side bars were very good. Lemon Grass was easily our favorite restaurant (Asian theme) and Sea Grape (Pool/beach side area) was 2nd best. Our room was in the Great House. The bed was comfortable, but the room was very dated and bathroom lighting was poor. We moved to a Garden Suite room on the 4th night (Original Great House room had a bad odor coming from the shower drain), and it was much nicer.
