Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple six mois à l’avance, mais à notre arrivée on nous a installés dans une chambre triple avec une forte odeur de moisissure. Après réclamation, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre plus correcte, même si la douche était cassée. Pour un hôtel qui se revendique quatre étoiles, ce genre de désagrément est inadmissible. En revanche, plusieurs points positifs : le petit-déjeuner……

“Ich weiß nicht , wie ich anfangen soll, weil mir einfach die Worte für den Zustand des Hotels fehlen. Der Sauberkeitsstandart wird nicht nachgegangen. Es sind überall Schimmel-ÜBERALL! Es ist da so dreckig, dass wir sogar Haarstoppeln im Badezimmer hatten. Es war eine absolute Katastrophe. Hotels.com konnte uns da auch nicht weiterhelfen, obwohl wir 5-6 Stunden telefoniert haben. Die Matratzen sind so dünn, und mit Federn „ausgestattet“. Man konnte beim liegen jede einzelne Feder spüren und man……

“Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again.”

“Wir wurden sehr lieb von den beiden Betreibern empfangen die uns direkt nach der Buchung anriefen und sich erkundigten, wann wir da sein würden. Das Auto mit dem wir unterwegs waren konnten wir gut einige Meter entfernt von der Unterkunft parken. Pizzo ist eine wunderschöne kleine Stadt es hat uns dort sehr gefallen. Außerhalb der Saison war trotzdem noch einiges los. Danke”
