"It seemed that they were either short on help, or not very organized. We were about an hour early for check in and was told we would have to wait. Which is ok. When other people started arriving they were told the same thing. The staff kept talking to each other that so many rooms were done except for the beds. I just couldn't figure out how you do the whole room but not the beds. But I don't know what their routine is"

"Sugar Suite is a beautiful property. Not too far away from Sault St Marie. Very clean and comfy house. Boat was as advertise but it did the trick for my angler husband and kids. Check-in was easy and getting a hold of Laurie was super easy and got a quick response. Would recommend and stay again. "

"Near town but has an "out in the county" private feel - quiet and relaxing. In addition to the spectacular view of the freighters there were several great little adders like yard games & kayaks in the shed, and a nice little welcome basket with some treats. Plenty of lounging space, including a separate TV room and large sitting room with a view of the water. Enough bedroom space for a small army and showers in all three baths. Sandy beach in the Shallows that's great for all ages, due to the relatively low depths. Host is friendly and accommodating. I'm pretty picky and couldn't find anything to complain about. Next time I'm visiting the Soo, I know where to go!"
