“This place is really nice. My only complain is that the bathroom is so cold and there's nowhere to put anything. The cabinets don't open in the bathroom.”

“Nice and clean. Basic. Just what I was looking for. Noisy neighbors (off-site) one night. Otherwise, no issues at all. ”

“There was an issue with my thermostat so the staff was very accomodating to helping me switch rooms.”

“Enjoy the hotel, pool, hot tub, sauna, food. Parking and walking back to the hotel, especially in winter is difficult, especially by yourself or with children. A shuttle would be a thought.”

“Hotel Staff were all terrific! From Front Desk to Housekeeping to the pleasant Breakfast Personnel, all were extremely welcoming and eager to fulfill our requests. We will definitely return for future visits, particularly after the facility undergoes a planned make-over!”

“Property could use some updating but that is to be expected in up north Michigan. You come up here to experience the outdoors not to sit in a hotel room. Despite being an older hotel, everything was very clean. Everything worked as should. Pool and hot tub temperature was perfect. Breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast and consisted of your normal stuff as well as eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. My family and I would stay here again.”

“No problems. Staff was very helpful. Only thing I had a problem with was the toilet was so very low. I'm rather tall and elderly.”

“I had a really great stay overall at the Comfort Inn in Sault Ste. Marie. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The pool area does show some wear and tear, and the jacuzzi tub had a front panel that looked a bit offset or caved in, which stood out. However, those were minor issues compared to the overall experience. Aside from that, everything was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again.”
