“As we arrived/departed outside business hours, we did not see the personal, but their communication via Expedia chat was very friendly and polite. They also upgraded our room to Superior one for free, which was a pleasant surprise. The check-in instructions were clear, however entering the code at the sensor display was somewhat cumbersome, but it worked at the end. “Die Wohnung war groß, hell und sauber, jedoch nicht sehr gemütlich. Es machte den Eindruck, als wäre die Renovierung noch nicht abgeschlossen und die Bilder die auf Expedia (auch hier) dargestellt wurden waren ganz andere als die der Wohnung. Als wir das verstanden hatten war es total ok, wie gesagt, sauber, zentral und genug Platz. Dennoch hatten wir uns eigentlich eine andere Wohnung vorgestellt. Alles in allem würden wir aber wieder kommen. ”
