“We saw some ants in our room, mainly in the restroom. We rented it to queen size beds, and one of the beds seem to sink in the middle when you lie down. It didn’t matter how you turn you ended up in the middle by force. The blow dryer did not work. But overall, everything else was fine.”

“A very small quaint Bed and Breakfast Jeff responded quickly with any questions and provided a great restaurant that we were able to walk to”

“Super convenient location off Route 66,made exploring Elk City simple enough! Loved how accommodating the staff were.”

“We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. The front sitting area is a welcoming and restful place to read a book or just watch the few people that walk by. Walking distance is literally around the corner from downtown stores and cafes while parking is right in front of the location. Plenty of water and K-Cups provided as well as ice and 1 cold soda. Communication was very……

“The Bluebird was overall fabulous! Our only minor complaint is the Marie room would not get cool. The AC ran nonstop, but kept the temperature at a constant 75. The room did have 2 fans, so that helped. Bc of the room temp, I would give it a 4.5 rating. My husband reached out to Jeff about the AC. He did immediately respond letting us know about the fans. We would definitely stay here again!!”

“Wonderful! Booking was simple and straightforward, and communication after booking was friendly and clear. The property is extremely well maintained and nicely decorated. With three rooms available, I appreciated being able to choose my own room! All rooms are fully private with their own key codes, making it feel like a mini hotel. The lobby was warm and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating for working on a laptop or cozy reading. I found extra toiletries and even snacks and drinks,……
