The Space: Designed for easy gathering and downtime, this dog-friendly home offers sleeping space for up to 12 across three private bedrooms plus flexible options in the common area. Two ensuite bathrooms and two inviting bathtubs make unwinding simple after a day on the coast. Settle into the main living area for board games and conversation, then step outside to the yard for fresh ocean air and a barbecue dinner on the grill. A washer and dryer are included for longer stays and sandy beach days. Please note the home has stairs. The Sea Ranch Association enforces parking rules and may issue fines for violations. No extra parking beyond what’s described. • WiFi/Cell Service: Due to Sea Ranch’s remote coastal location, Wi-Fi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable. • Stairs: The home has stairs; please plan accordingly. • Pets: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! 2 dogs are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. Dogs only—no cats or other pets. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest • Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed. • Sleeping Flexibility: The two extra-long foam mattresses are intended for young children. • Washer/Dryer: A washer and dryer are provided in the home. • Hot Tub: The hot tub is out of order until further notice and not available for guest use. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. One thing I would like to inform future renters is that some of the basics you would see at other rentals were not there so please check the details in the contract. Bed rooms were large and had bathrooms. Hot tub was great. I was concerned about being across the freeway but it was not an issue. It was a beautiful location with access to trails. We cooked everyday and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was perfect, with a trail head access to the Gualala River nearby and gorgeous redwood groves. The property management company, Grand Welcome, and local staff support were very responsive, especially by text. On the last day as we were checking out, one of our cars needed a jump due to battery issue. While we waited for AAA roadside assistance, which would have been at least an hour wait, Grand Welcome sent their local maintenance person with jumper cables to help us restart our car within 15 minutes. It was amazing support for such a remote location. The cleaning staff assisted with contacting the maintenance person, and the lead cleaning staff was so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there continues to be an on-going issue related to the inaccuracy of the listing (pet fee) even though we had lots of dialog with VRBO that indicated support for our position the property management company said (and charged) something different. We are disputing with the credit card company but it was a real damper on the trip we spent multiple hours on multiple days trying to sort it all out. I think you should also more clearly disclose the state of cell-service in the area (not your fault) and wifi within the property (easily addressed). We had one member of our party who was working while at the property and the limited wifi range in the house force him to the bedroom on the lower floor and the furthest away from the family action. Meanwhile, everyone else struggled with bad wifi (and bad telco signals). But the misleading pricing and the disconnect between VRBO and the property management company continue to create dissatisfaction. ##### Carmine C.
