Completely renovated with high-end finishes, this condo is in a four-unit mid-century nestled on the south slope of Queen Anne, one of Seattle’s most charming and vibrant neighbourhoods. Known for its gorgeous homes and iconic views at nearby Kerry Park, Queen Anne boasts two lively and unique districts for shopping and entertainment and both are easily accessible from the condo:

Upper Queen Anne's shopping center is lined with trendy shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, a pharmacy, several banks, and grocers including Trader Joe’s, B&E Meats & Seafood, and a Farmers’ Market late May to October.

Uptown (also known as Lower Queen Anne) has cafes, restaurants and pubs plus the Metropolitan Market.

Uptown is home to the Seattle Center which has some of the City's most well-known attractions and venues including the Space Needle, McCaw Hall (Seattle Opera and Pacific Northwest Ballet), Bagley Wright Theater (Seattle Rep), Climate Pledge Arena, Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP), Cinema Uptown (venue for Seattle’s International Film Festival), Pacific Science Center, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Discovery Center, Chihuly Garden and Glass, and the Monorail (for a quick hop to the heart of downtown and Pike Place Market).

Ideally situated–close but not too close to the Seattle Center and Downtown–the condo is near enough to be convenient but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the City.

Whether you’re in town for business, visiting family and friends, daytripping around Seattle, or venturing further afield to some of the wonders of the Pacific Northwest this property makes a great home base.

The condo has lightning-fast Wi-Fi with its own dedicated signal; premium cable package with ESPN and Netflix for the 55" Sony HDTV in the living room and the 47" TVs in each bedroom.

The condo features high-end appliances in the kitchen, a full-size washer/dryer, and a gas fireplace in the living room. Radiant central heating and air conditioning provide year-round comfort. The condo also comes with one dedicated parking space.

Owner lives in a separate condo on the property and is available to assist as needed.

The flat was beautiful, clean, and centrally located. Parking was also great to have, which we hadn’t prioritized in looking for a rental. We so appreciated the caring touches and the ease of communication and check-in/check-out. Would love to stay again on our next visit!

The outside of the unit is beautifully landscaped. The inside had everything we needed and was a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day. No complaints and would definitely stay here again. The extra touches like bagels and wine were a nice surprise after a long day of traveling.

The host was soooo very accommodating! Coffee, bagels, cream cheese and jams awaited us for breakfast the next morning. This was especially helpfully as I arrived late at night. Wine and chocolates were also there. I’d never had that at other VRBO’s The fireplace was delightful to have on in the evenings and colder mornings. The location was very good. Highly recommend this rental I will definitely be returning here on my next visit to Seattle.

Perfect in every way!

We couldn’t have chosen bettter for our first ever Seattle trip. This place is walkable to everything, and even the further stuff was easy because the uber never took more than a minute to show up. The condo is impeccably clean and stocked with all the things we needed to cook, clean, do laundry, etc. I was also amazed at how comfortable the beds were, which is rare in rentals like this. John was so friendly and quick to respond! Would absolutely stay again!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and well furnished with plenty of linens and kitchen items. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was good, and we appreciated being able to do laundry during our stay. The landscaping around the property is beautiful and made it feel like a mini oasis in the city. There is nothing I would change about the stay.

This was a fantastic property for our family of four to enjoy a lovely visit to Seattle. The unit was well apportioned, neat, and tidy on the inside and beautiful from the outside (so many wonderful flowers!). Walking for a quick bite or groceries was a breeze, and downtown Seattle was a short drive/Uber/bus ride away. It's a 15-minute walk to the Space Needle, even. There was a dedicated parking spot for the unit which was fantastic. Everything we could have needed for our stay was in the unit, and the owner was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. We would 100% try to stay here again on a future visit! Loved it!

Amazing stay in Seattle!

John was a fabulous host and his condo was perfect for my small group of three. It's in a great location and the beds were really comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower:). We were also greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and delicious bagels/charcuterie. We would highly recommend this condo! Thank you John!

My wife and I are frequent VRBO renters. This is one of the best accommodations we have stayed in, indeed, maybe the best. Well appointed, very comfortable, open living room and dining rooms with lots of light and views. Very easy walk to market, dining, museums, etc. it’s a big city though so a car is helpful and the parking is off the road behind the apartment.

Beautiful condo in Queen Anne

I rented this condo for a mother-daughter trip to Seattle. I highly recommend renting this beautiful condo! It is very clean, great water pressure for showers, and the beds & pillows are very comfy! We arrived from our flight late in the evening and John had some wine, bagels, and condiments for us upon arrival which were much appreciated! We felt safe in the condo and also with walking around the neighborhood. It’s relaxing to sit outside with the beautiful foliage and flowers around the home. I highly recommend renting this condo!

Spacious well appointed comfy suite

Nice apartment

Everything we needed was available in the apartment. It was clean and cozy. The neighborhood is very nice, and i loved the outdoor patio. Since all the needs were met and we had no issues, there was no need to communicate with the property owner.

Very comfortable

We had a great stay at this condo in Queen Anne. The neighborhood is quiet and we always felt safe. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We walked to the space needle from the condo. On the way back there is an uphill section at the end, but it was fine. Ride apps are always an option. We had a long day of flying so it was very nice to have bagels and extras to make a meal when we arrived. Communication was all good! We would stay here again.
