Nestled in a serene, park-like setting just minutes from Sebastopol, Cotati, and the Graton Casino, this stunning estate offers the perfect blend of privacy, luxury, and convenience in the heart of wine country.
This expansive home features a gourmet chef's kitchen, formal living and dining rooms, and a cozy family room with a large sectional sofa and fireplace—perfect for movie nights or catching the big game. With four generously sized bedrooms, including two with en suite bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates groups and families. Sleeping arrangements include three king beds and a flexible room with two XL twin beds that can be converted into a king.
Step outside and discover meticulously maintained grounds ideal for both relaxation and recreation. Enjoy the large, covered salt water pool with solar heat, unwind in the hot tub, or lounge under the shaded patio area with a fire pit. For active guests, there's space for volleyball and badminton, and a separate game room building equipped with ping pong and foosball.
Whether you're savoring a glass of local wine on the patio or hosting a family game night, this one-of-a-kind property offers the ultimate getaway in Sonoma County.

All of our vacation rentals are completely stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware and consumable supplies like toilet paper; paper towels; shampoo & conditioner; bath, dish, hand and laundry soaps; various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pools for homes that have them October through April. Hot tubs, if available are heated at no additional charge all year. All houses are non-smoking indoors.

This is an amazing property for up to 10 family and friends to gather but it is NOT a party house! Amplified music is not allowed outdoors at vacation rentals in the County and there are cameras that monitor parking areas and decibel meters that alert us to excessive noise. Quiet time for this County is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups that abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be subject to large fines and potential legal action.

This was the perfect holiday getaway for my family. The house is spacious with more than enough room for 7 adults and 2 kids without it feeling crowded. There were also things to do for every age group, with amenities like the pool, hot tub, basketball hoop, scooters etc. We appreciated the top of the range kitchen appliances and finishes. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had and we all had a wonderful stay. We will recommend and definitely be back.
