“Overall our stay at the Maple Tree Cottage was a nice experience. Each room was a great size. The beds were more firm than we're used to, but the sheets were soft.The large dining room table was nice for our whole family and the outdoor entertaining area worked for us too. Some of the kitchen utensils need to be replaced, as they have bubbled up and melted. A set of bamboo/wooden utensils would've been better. Otherwise, there were plenty of dishes and silverware for our whole crew. The……

“When I first entered the room, it smelled like smoke. I called the front desk to let them know and was asked if I’d like a different room. I declined a different room and went to take a shower. The body wash and shampoo bottles were empty. I called the front desk and they had someone send up some. The bed was very comfortable which was the greatest thing. The next morning, we went down for breakfast. There was a variety of muffins, yogurt, breads, and cereal. The hot foods consisted of eggs,……

“It is always a dependable place to stay that is clean with welcoming staff.”

“The room looked as if it was not cleaned from the person before me. Holes in the bedding, and a safety violation by not having operational smoke detectors. ”

“Physical staff not available. You have to speak with them over a computer and the Internet lags so it's an aggravating process. I spoke to 3 different staff members just to get checked in and then again to get room keys fixed because after 1 night our room keys didn't work anymore. Also, bare minimum amenities left in room for guest so if you find yourself staying here make sure you bring your own everything. Towels too because good look getting anyone to bring extras. ”
