“Excellent stay! The hotel was super clean, honestly one of the cleanest I’ve experienced in Istanbul. The room was spotless and very well maintained. The location is perfect – Marmaray is right next to the hotel, which makes getting around very easy. There are also taxis and many local shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!”

“Dirty and with cigarette smoke smell. I don’t smoke. Ac was not working and shower head was broken. Shower glass door was not fully closing causing water leak on the bathroom floor. Toilet was leaking and I found bunch of long hair on the bed sheets which means it was not changed after previous guest. When I inquired about airport shuttle lady at the front desk just yelled “no English!”. Like if I suppose to learn Turkish if I’m just visiting for 1 day only.”
