“Very convenient location and only a short walk from Terminal 3. There is a 24 hours A&W at the entrance to the hotelm”

“The room was extremely clean and spacious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I opted for lounge access and had an extensive range of choices for breakfast. The evening light food was also great! Very happy and it was one of the most well maintained 5-star hotels in Jakarta and Tangerang. I also highly recommend their spa and body treatment. It was so relaxing. I would definitely stay at Tentrem for my next visit to Jakarta!”

“High frequency of noise in room, not very good sleep”

“This was my 2nd time staying here, for a 4D3N business trip. Location was great, just ~30mins from CGK Airport, and right adjacent to the Tangacity Mall, where you can get lots of restaurant choices. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the room (like I mentioned last time), appeared to be a bit worn out here and there. Overall a good choice.”

“房間乾淨、機場裡吃的選擇選滿多的，也有提供客戶按摩。 ”

“Nice”

“Nice hotel”

“很方便 房间整洁 但是半夜门还是开关一直在响 前台服务很好”

“大廳的按摩椅，我第二轉帳後沒有運行，飯店要去檢查”

“I would like to recommend this hotel. Airport transfer is super, they guided me in the 3 Terminal Exit. Breakfast is fine. There’s a lot of choice. My only complaint is :The hot water pool and the cold water pool not very clean.”

“乾淨”

“房間很髒，床上有污漬，枕頭也有污漬，地板有頭髮 而且浴室沒有洗手台，刷牙洗手洗臉都很不方便”

“The only problem is that check in is slow, water in the lobby for 30 minutes. Otherwise are ok. Breakfast is good. Close to the mall, convenient in shopping.”

“I wanted to lay out by the pool at the rooftop, but there was no bench to lay out on as the setup is not designed for that. Somewhat disappointing ”

“biscuits crumbs on the desk chair and on the floor near the main door in first room. After asked and changed to another room , the desk chair was broken this time and also with biscuit crumbs but I could just swept it easily because it was a nylon net chair. Asked for replacing the chair and was done 25 mins later and with my impatience call again on this matter at 20 mins. Breakfast asking for nearly 15 usd per day which I did not try given the experience.”
