A good 3* Hotel. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Evening Meal wasn’t always the best. My kids were not impressed, service was sometimes slow. Overall a decent week of skiing.

Good hotel, poor service

Good & spacious rooms, good ski room, shuttle to the lifts is good, however very poor service at the restaurant and the bar. They basically kick you out at 9.30pm from the restaurant and 11pm from the bar. No lobby area to sit neighter after 11pm. The stuff is not friendly. Not rocommended

Very good hotel, clean and tidy. Great service from all the staff and very welcoming. All very attentive through out our stay, would happily book same hotel for our ski holiday next year

Wonderful stay with amazing staff! I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm and attentive service made the whole experience feel extra special. I can highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

De kamer was zeer goed: ruim, proper, hedendaagse & sfeervol. Werd dagelijks gepoetst / proper gelegd. Het ontbijt en avondeten waren zeer zwak, niet dat de variëteit en aanbod slecht was. De broodjes en brood waren van de laagste (supermarkt)kwaliteit. We hebben veel yoghurt en fruit gegeten. Avondeten: saladbar was uitgebreid, maar veelal smaakloze zaken. De primo en secundo erdoor gedrukt. We zijn blij geweest enkel ontbijt te hebben zodat we 5 van de 7 keren buitenhuis, heel lekker hebben gegeten.

Great Value Hotel. Friendly Staff.

Nice modern looking hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. We had a nice spacious room with a comfy bed. Nice modern bathroom with great shower. Breakfast was nicely laid out and did exactly we needed before going out to ski. We ate twice in the evening. Food was good quality but not all dishes would suit everyone. Normal for an overseas hotel. Restaurant staff very helpful and friendly and up for a laugh. The reception arranged taxi transfer from/to Turin which was spot on. The bar area of the hotel is nice and modern and did exactly what we needed. Afternoon tea and snacks provided. The hotel is a very short distance to the slopes and a bus transfer is provided on request. This works perfectly as you call the driver and he is there within a few minutes. Great fun with the driver and we were never let down. Great service.

soggiornato la notte di capodanno. camera tripla. cuscini durissimi e non ve ne sono altri disponibili in camera. Niente frigo in camera. Colazione del mattino fatta su tovaglia sporca, su cui il cameriere mi apre un tovagliolo di carta con la scusa di non avere tovaglie pulite. Al momento del conto mi viene addebitato uno spritz veneziano che non ho mai bevuto!!!! chiedo spiegazioni e mi dicono che me lo sono fatto portare in camera; ricevuta da me firmata non esistente. Dico che hanno sbagliato ma loro insistono. il 31 arriviamo in hotel , lasciamo la roba in camera ed usciamo per andare a cena da amici. torniamo alle 3 e ci mettiamo a dormire; quando avrei consumato lo spritz? Mi spiace ma così proprio non va. Pessima esperienzanel complesso. Non ci torneremo più.

Piccole/grandi azioni per migliorare il servizio

Consiglio di aggiungere frigorifero e bollitore per un semplice tè caldo la sera. Le camere attorno creano molto chiasso con lo spostamento di sedie ecc. Trovare una soluzione sarebbe ottimo. La suite è bellissima, nulla da dire però dovrebbe avere due ambienti separati
