One reviewer mentioned the beds being hard but we found them to be comfortable & my husband had even recently had back surgery. Communication was prompt from the owner. A small con for us was the living room area was a little tight but the furniture was comfortable. House was perfect for our needs and the kids were entertained by game room and the large tv room was great for football watching. I also appreciate how the owner had everything labeled and organized. Very clean and new. The cabin is beautiful and we loved how modern everything was.
