Nice stay

The cabin was very convenient to access. Rooms were good sized and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the mountains.

Cabin close to Pigeon Forge

We loved the location and the log cabin feel here! We had lots of activities planned in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and this cabin was close enough to be convenient but far enough away to feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. While it might not be super important to everyone, I very much appreciate good water pressure in the shower and this place had it! My husband and son played with the pool table a lot and enjoyed having a game room. Overall, great place for the money and would stay again!

Great, clean cabin

Really enjoyed staying here, super clean nice cabin. Was great for a quite weekend. Good location was able to get to everywhere we needed to within 10-15mins. The vacation renters were super friendly and made sure we were satisfied with everything.

Perfect Getaway!

This property was not right on top of any other cabins. It felt a lot more private than most of the cabins in the area! I also loved that there wasnt a long list of cleaning to do before checking out!! Everything about this property was great! Oh, and the beds were really comfy!

Nice location

This was a clean place to stay and the beds were nice. The hot tub worked as it should and we enjoyed playing pool. The chairs were ripped downstairs. All of the lighting did not work making the kitchen fairly dark. The refrigerator was broken. Cooking was a challenge as there was not much to use.

should have been better

Filthy and lots of things either broken, didn't work or ripped. Furniture completely wore out. pool sticks broken. Hot tub lights did not work. ac filters have not been changed in years. filth and dust on ceiling fans in bedrooms. No light bulbs in bedroom fan light. Deck around filthy grill was also filthy. Plus other things. stay away until work gets done on this property

Do not stay here!!!

The hot tub was broken when we arrived but did get fixed. The coach is old, dirt, and torn. The refrigerator is old and not the same one pictured. There is no home theater system. The oven door came off when trying to use it. The dishwasher was not secure so came out when trying to use it. The dryer did not work. The bed sheets were hard and itchy. Had to wash them but then of course the dryer wouldn't dry the sheets. The fireplace would not shut off by setting the timer. We wouldn't even sit on the upstairs furniture because it was so hard and dirty

Lacking

The seating was ripped downstairs (I took pictures.) so we never used the media chairs besides the chest was broken & afraid to open lid. The couches and beds were uncomfortable. There was no working lightbulbs in the upstairs bedroom. The water main was broke outside so water was pumping out of the ground and lowered water pressure. The silverware was minimal so not everyone had utensils to eat with. The dishwasher racks was rusted out. There was minimal towels & washcloths so we had to reuse & share washcloths. The most of outside light didn’t work so we never used the hot tub. The blinds you couldn’t open nor close because missing the rod to do that. I will not ever stay here again. I will hesitate to use Vacasa again.

great potential

The cabin itself is in a good location. You can easily get into town and back out with no problem. The kitchen is sparsely furnished but adequate. The washer and dryer are a great edition. The bedrooms on separate floors give privacy while sharing the cabin. This is where the good things end. Upon arrival, you will notice the lack of maintenance and cleaning on the outside. Dirt and cobwebs are very thick on all the porches. Large holes from wood boring bees litter the beams on the top deck. On the lower deck, there is a discarded rug that has now become a home for what we would like to crawl inside. On the inside, the furniture is well worn. The theater seating is ripped. The pool table has a leg ready to break. Hot water is an issue. If you call maintenance, they will tell you that all of the cabins are set up the same way and because they rely on well water, the hot water tank is not functioning properly. Don’t plan on using the very nice soaking tub because there isn’t enough hot water to fill it enough to turn on the jets. The cabin has great potential, but it needs some upgrades, a good cleaning, and an exterminator.

Not impressed

Clean: everywhere was clean but the master bedroom had fruit loops all over underneath the bed Kitchen: utensils were bare minimum: not enough for everyone in the family. Basic to no average complimentary kitchen items: no cooking oil, no aluminum foil, a couple trash bags, no cookie trays, and no coffee grounds, dishwasher did not wash, had to hand wash each dish and put away. Living room: one throw pillow and no throw blankets or extra blankets Incredibly long code to get in the door entrance Weird phone call through the cabin phone in the living room at 10pm by “direct tv” services. Did a walk around the cabin to make sure nothing strange was happening at night. Random decorations with crooked/slanted pictures and Christmas trees on wall/shelves unfortunately shows minimal care or hospitality.

Christmas getaway

Me and my family had the greatest time here the place was very cozy and comforting, and the manager was very attentive. I have nothing bad to say about the stay at this lovely cabin. I would definitely book again.

Room for improvement

I rely heavily on reviews, so I want to be honest. Upon arrival it was a great experience and we initially loved the cabin. There’s obvious updates, but there is still so much more to be fixed/replaced/updated. Many lights don’t work, which wasn’t a big deal. The mattress upstairs was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. The hot tub had an obvious leak based on the water around it, but it was still functional and we were content. Our second day there we returned to the cabin and got ready to get in the tub and went out to see it was in the middle of a repair with no one in sight and no one informed us of a scheduled repair. We called the management number and they promised to look into it and call us back. We received no call back and thankfully someone came back to finish the job, but we were without the hot tub for the night. Not an issue, but wish we had been notified. There was zero communication with the team, except for them answering my phone call. Overall it was a good experience, the location was perfect. There’s just room for improvement within the cabin itself and with the management team. I give the review a 4, but it’s honestly more of a 3.5 star.

5 yr anniversary & 50th birthday trip

The cabin was beautiful. There are neighbors but we still had privacy. All in all, our vacation was great. My 50th birthday and me and my husband's 5th yr anniversary. The issues we had were minor except for the fireplaces. We planned this specific wkd to enjoy the romance of the hot tub and fireplace. The hot tub leaks pretty bad but there was a hose there for us to add water. The help line we called about the fireplace did not help. They just apologized. We got in the jacuzzi tub and realized there was no stopper, so we had to use a wash cloth. Most everything was perfect other than the few minor issues.

Deceiving

The chairs in the movie room are ripped, torn, and not seatable. There was vomit on the deck. The chemical smell from cleaner was overwhelming. There were no linens for the sofa bed. The pictures are deceiving. It appears that there are more beds in them and then you get there and they’re only two beds. The bathrooms are beautiful as well as the showers.

"Bear Minimum"

There's no "theater" here: just a big TV on a downstairs wall and no working furniture to sit on while watching. The dingy old Almond-colored refrigerator had rust on it and no means of producing ice (not even provided trays). Hot tub and jetted bathtub were not functional. Main table was bowed. The upstairs mattress was very old and deeply grooved. While the porches were nice, the internet was fine, and the tv's were newer smart TVs. You really need to bring all your own stuff and leave behind all illusions of having "luxury" to stay here. Of course, if all you need is a roof over your head so you can go have adventures, this will do, but it's not a place you'll want to hang around in for long periods of time.
