The Space:

The Langdon House beautifully blends sophisticated design with the natural beauty of the Smokies. Expansive windows fill the home with light, showcasing a contemporary kitchen, spacious dining area, and cozy living room with a Smart TV and gas fireplace. The first floor features two king suites with private bathrooms, while the second floor offers two additional king suites, each with ensuite bathrooms. The lower level includes a home theater and the temperature-controlled indoor pool, typically heated to around 80 degrees.

Tucked away in the countryside, this home provides a perfect rural retreat. While complimentary internet access is available, please note that connectivity may not always support remote work or multiple simultaneous streaming due to our location. Please take note that there is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.
As a reminder, our temperature-controlled indoor pool must stay within a few degrees of the typical heating to effectively manage humidity.

Families, friends, and couples come to Gatlinburg to enjoy it all. Ziplines and whitewater rafting, world-class golf and fishing, and 800 miles of hiking trails in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg is one of America’s premier outdoor destinations. Biking, bird watching, and horseback riding are also recommended activities to try while you’re outside in Gatlinburg.
Getting Around:
Access to this home is a slow, gradual rise on curvy, but well paved roads. Please watch for wildlife on your way to our home. We strongly suggest having a 4-wheel drive vehicle when driving in the Smoky Mountains. In inclimate weather and during winter months, we strongly recommend the use of snow or chained tires. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.
