Property definitely not 5 star ! Many things not as expected after previous 5 star experiences! Pool was very small , made to seem mich bigger on advertising, surrounded by balconese beds which was intimidating! rooms alrhough clean were under equipped- no drawers ? Open wardrobe , no mirror above vanity table, although vanity stool was there ? Pool towel exchange in a basket in front of reception - very unsuitable and untidy! Bathroom areas around reception not checked and cleaned during the day - was needed. Entertainment was very poor - disappointed no Greek music, dancing. Good points- breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied, cleaners worked hard , staff were generally very pleasant, although on checking out nobody thanked us for staying and basically ignored us , just chatting amongst themselves - topped off quite an underwhelming stay.

Lovely hotel, perfect for a relaxing break. The pool area is amazing, the staff are exceptional and the hotel just had a very soothing feel to it. The food and drink selection are also great. Highly recommend! Nice restaurants around and only a short drive into Chania
