The room we stayed in was clean, modern and well equipped. Upon arrival there was milk and water in the fridge plus cake. Tea, coffee water and biscuits were replenished every day. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu which was delicious. Although there are three rooms in the property, there is only off road parking available for two cars and one car blocks the other in. However, there are usually spaces on the road as well and it would not put us off staying at No.29 again. A lovely B&B

We had a wonderful stay at No. 29. Our host, Chris, was very welcoming and thoughtful. We loved the personal touches, from the delicious homemade lemon drizzle cake waiting for us on arrival to the cafetière coffee provided in our room. Our room was peaceful, quiet, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a highlight, perfectly cooked with a wide selection, including even more homemade cake and the best homemade bread I’ve ever tasted! Chris is a lovely, friendly host, and we highly recommend staying here.

First class hospitality at No 29!
A truly exceptional place to stay... can't fault it at all! Chris and Luke make you feel so welcome, the room was comfortable, clean and well-appointed and No29 is perfectly situated, a couple of minutes walk from the station and main bus routes, with easy walks to the town centre, the beach and Shanklin Old Village. Homemade cakes and a superb breakfast too! Very much hope to go back!

Excellent Weekend
We stayed in Room 1 which has a lovely sea view. Breakfast was exceptionally good with plenty of choices. The room has lots of extra features such as a real coffee and lemon drizzle cake. The bedding and towels were great quality. Christine was charming and very helpful with local information. The property is about 15 mins from the sea front and about 10 minutes to the old village which has lots of food choices.

Number29 - May 2024
A very clean and comfortable room and very enjoyable stay in what can be described as a home away from home. Chris and Luke looked after myself and my friends very well and ensured we were happy at all times. I had the smallest room which was still very comfortable with all the same amenities as the other rooms. My friends rooms were larger with one having a direct view across Shanklin to the sea. A wonderful breakfast was prepared for us every morning at times that suited us too. We will definitely be returning to Number29 for our next Isle of Wight trip. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
