“House warm and welcoming upon arrival. It was 67 degrees inside, and mid-30's outside. Neighborhood is very dark! but the porch light assisted us to see the home from the street. Beds were clean and a good size w/plenty of pillows. Tons of towels as well. Hot water is very hot and doesn't take long! So be cautious (caught me off guard a few times) but never ran out of hot water. The ability to adjust the heat in different rooms was helpful, as there are 3 mini-splits. “Were unable to get inside upon first arriving, messaged host and they replied shortly. Locked ourselves out later in the stay and once again they replied promptly. The property and interior were wonderful with a great view and working amenities. Thank you hannah and Rob!”

“Property was great..we had 3 truck and boats rigs. Plenty of room for all the fisherman that fish Shasta. Was up there for annual Bass fishing championship. The host was very easy to communicate with and texted right back with any answers to questions.”

“Came to Paradise for a family event and found the accommodations to be quite nice, unit is very clean and the view of the canyon is perfect when enjoying coffee in the morning. Was good to have dedicated parking, no need to worry about is the spot going to be open when I return. The place is located within 10 minutes of local grocery, Starbucks, restaurants etc. There’s a nice park called Billie Park which was great for getting out and stretching legs and is pet friendly as well. I’d recommend……

“This studio with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us. The detail to design was obvious and appreciated. The location is within walking/biking distance of CSU Chico downtown, and Bidwell Park. As older non college students, we didn't feel out of place at all. The studio is on a quiet street without a lot of foot or auto traffic. ”

“The location was perfect for us as we explored/adventured on Lake Shasta and in Lassen Volcanic National Park. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The unit had everything we needed, the bed was super comfy, and it was really clean. Check-in/out instructions were clear and very simple. I would definitely recommend this for visitors to this beautiful area who want to be off the beaten path. ”
