"The Villa was new and up scale and roomy. It was super clean and great instruction on how to deal with the needs for our 2 days stay. The bedrooms was good size with comfortable Queens size bed and not those twin size. The beds were great and firm enough you know they weren't cheap material. "mazing place! Amazing location! There is no staff on-site (check-in is keyless and took us a while), nor is there a place to store your bags if needed. However, this hotel is really worth it. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space and amenities inside the apartment . We really enjoyed it, especially the view of Mt. Fuji."

We had no issues with the other areas of the hotel. In fact, the location was great, right next to the ropeway (cable car station) and at the start and end of the Ashi Lake tour."

Don’t attempt to walk especially if carrying luggage as there are steep hills. You will be asked to remove your shoes before entering hotel so make sure you have decent socks on as this is a shoeless property."
