DO NOT STAY HERE!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night as a quick little getaway for us. Everything was going good, we had a good check in with the Lady at the front desk. However once we got back to the room around 12:30, we realized our room wasn’t working and we had left the other one in the room. In the room there’s a note that says once the office is closed for the night, there is this “night window” available to guest after hours for any issues….
Well we decide to go to the night window which was in the other side of the main office and we’re ringing the supposed doorbell for 20+ minutes and even knocking on the window but no one is answering. We finally decided to call these numbers that were posted on the door for EMERGENCIES - keep that in mind - the first number we called didn’t answer so we called these second and they answer and said someone should be there and they do apologize that the door bell wasn’t working (could’ve posted a note next it but oh well). So finally this order man comes to the door and the first thing he says is “it’s 1am, what do you guys need”
like i’m sorry we got licked of the room and you have to do your job. We told him our key wasn’t working and we can’t get into the room and he proceeds to give us more attitude, saying people are trying to sleep. Thankfully he goes and makes a new key and when he came back I asked who the manager was and he claimed to be it. I believe his name was Mario.. plus more..
