I had a great experience thanks to Rishi! He was very fast, consistent, and went above and beyond to work with my timing. I was even able to keep the same room with a different reservation because of his help. Since I was new to the location, I didn’t really know what to do, but Rishi guided me through everything and made the process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service — truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness!

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Decent place,
Front desk easy check in, allowed us to change night to next night - need better towels
surrounding area is very nice to do some dining out and right off the freeway for easy access to Silicon Valley/San Jose areas or great America/49er stadium
Definitely not what the pictures online showed. Not family friendly. Property has a lot of people living there long term. It was good enough for our short trip and was a place to sleep and shower but that was all.
Pros: It had good commerce around at walking distance. Mountains are around for exercise. Room is clean with daily housekeeping.
Cons: outside the room cleanliness is street level. Noise of the highway is high. Staff could be a bit more friendly.
The room we were initially given smelled like mildew and there was standing water on the floor. I alerted the desk and we were promptly switched into another room. This was great and would have raised the rating however, rather than calling to ask, we received a loud knocking/ pounding in the door after 11pm from the desk clerk asking if we had showered due to something leaking on the floor below us. Overall, for the price, you get what you pay for. I was hoping to give some grace with the initial service but, the way in which the desk clerk BANGED on our door was completely unacceptable.
Room smells like sewage. The toilets don't flush properly. There is toilet plungers, outside of every few oldoors. Random hookers and uh, homeless people wondering about.
Other than that, the staff, more specifically, the front desk.people a rude and barely speak english. The room is pretty enough, the bed it's comfortable, air conditioning, television, microwave and refrigerator all working. I don't see any brooches, no bed bugs. Do you get what you pay for.
The bed is pretty high on a metal platform, nonetheless, it’s comfy. The hotel is definitely a bit run down but it is clean to it’s extent. I did find two cockroaches in my room on two different days so that wasn’t very nice. Makes me second guess what else is around in my room. The room was convenient and offered a very cold fridge and a microwave. It also offered a nice tv but I wouldn’t know because mine wouldn’t turn on. Overall, my room was not the worst or best but for the price, I guess you can’t best it? You get what you pay for.
