It is advertised as a "spa" hotel, but neither Expedia nor the hotel website mention that the water facilities are seasonal and only open in the summer. Visiting in April, the included "spa" experience was limited to a single sauna. While one receptionist was very kind, the rest of the staff was unhelpful.
