We have small children and we had a fabulous stay. Our family is now looking to buy a cabin in the area because that’s how much we fell in love with Bison Ranch and Heber. Plus everyone is very friendly - I’ve made so many new friends it’s amazing! The room was clean and the weather was perfect. I do not like the distance from parking to the room however we cpuld move our luggage over the balcony. One other thing, we specifically asked for the room we wanted to stay in. And didn't say we couldnt hold that room, we ended up woth what was left . The room was intially the smell of pesticide, mostly in the main room/couch /sofa and wall bed areas.
