Parking is also included. Places to eat are all less than 5 mins walk away as well. This rental was available and in a great location. Glad we booked. Super walkable, great pool, and the space had everything we needed. Could use some updating to feel cleaner. The hair dryer, for example, needs to be replaced or really cleaned. That said, we would likely stay again for the price. Overall a nice spot with very kind hosts.
