My experience at the Red Rock Inn was simply terrible! The room was dirty, smelled awful, and I was bitten by bedbugs during my stay. The air conditioning did not work, so I had to request another room. The only positive aspect was the staff at the front desk, who were helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the property itself was in terrible condition. Cleanliness and basic maintenance were clearly lacking. No guest should have to stay in such conditions, especially in a place infested with bedbugs! I would NEVER stay here again! I strongly recommend that everyone avoid this property. Don’t waste your money here! Look for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay instead!

the front desk clerk was very personable, but the air conditioner in the room did not work and it was miserable. I checked in too late to go somewhere else. There was no refrigerator in the room.

Staff were solid in greeting department. Outside of that the mattresses double check I mean that to anyone. Had to check into another hotel due to my mattress protector and mattress having unusually large stains and being slightly damp.

Parking was sketchy, seemingly in a back alley. Facility is very run down, but it was clean. Bring your own toiletries as you are only provided with a bar of soap. Make sure to keep your room key away from your phone or it will deactivate. The location is right off the freeway and conveniently located next door to a 24 hour restaurant.

The place is run down, was afraid to walk on the carpet bare foot. Could not find a remote for tv, went to service desk to get one to find out they had no tv service. It is a cheap rundown crash and go on your way to where you are headed.

Wasn’t aware I can only check in until 10pm and their website states late check ins call the number listed but I received no answer after repeated attempts. It clearly stated nonrefundable which was fine with me. I just didn’t think I’d run into the whole closed lobby issue. Seemed crazy to me that an entire hotel is unsupervised throughout the night. Will never reserve a room here again. Lost out on my money because of there lack of supervision and professionalism.
