Backends checked us into the hotel and was very helpfully and pleasant. We were here for a softball tournament for my granddaughter whose catchers glove had broken an needed to be repaired and supplied us with a pair of sissors needed to complete the job. Seems like a simple jester but saved the day for our granddaughter. She also greeted us overtime we entered the premises making us feel very comfortable with our stay.. she is a complement to our business

I didnt like the fact that they charge your card 40.00 for incedentals and have to wait for a refund for 10 days if there are no incedentals occurred. They should just hold your card and only charge it if theres any incedentals.

The most important part of a hotel? The Bed!! Although nicely updated throughout the property and an awesome shower, room 211 needs a new bed ASAP. The king bed is worn out on both sides.
