We rented Villa B (Villa Deluxe) as two families – ten people in total, including four adults and six children. Among the children were three tall teenagers (15 and 17 years old) and three young girls aged between 7 and 11. I wasted 6 hours waiting and had to find another hotel. Never got the money refunded. Travelocity was no help. Nobody in the town had ever heard of the owner Total ripoff. Total fraud.”
